form that you will find under "customer service"
if you return/exchange, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs
of our delivery.
Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your expense.
If you use your right of
withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories delivered
and in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please
contact us through isales@horlogekado.nlWe will then refund the amount
due within
14 days of receipt of your return.
Items for you with a personal print (e.g. name, logo, number) cannot be
returned.
